  • Our venue space comfortably seats up to 160 guests using round tables (seating 6–8 guests per table). If you plan to include a 12x12 dance floor, the recommended guest count is up to 120 for optimal spacing. Indoor ceremonies are best reserved for micro weddings of 50 guests or fewer.

  • We proudly partner with a select list of approved caterers to ensure exceptional quality and service for your event. While outside catering may be considered with prior approval, drop-off service is not permitted. We also collaborate with our onsite restaurant, Tavern on the Ridge—their full catering menu is available directly on their website.

  • With eight thoughtfully designed rooms right onsite, it’s easy to keep your favorite people close and comfortable. Our two-story bridal suite features spacious vanities, full-length mirrors, and beautiful natural light—ideal for both getting ready and capturing those quiet, meaningful moments before the celebration begins. In total, we can accommodate up to 34 overnight guests.

  • We offer both indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces onsite:

    • Outdoor ceremonies can accommodate up to 120 guests comfortably

    • Indoor ceremonies are ideal for micro weddings of up to 50 guests

    Ceremony and reception can be held at the same location to keep your day seamless and stress-free.

  • Fairhaven is designed as a timeless, neutral space for you to make your own. To help us preserve its beauty for all guests, we ask that confetti, glitter, rice, and birdseed not be used. Open flames must be enclosed in glass, and any items attached to walls or ceilings must be approved in advance. All décor should be removed by the designated teardown time.

  • From your initial tour, you’ll meet the day-of coordinator who will guide you through the planning process. All weddings include two pre-event meetings: a details meeting two months out and a final walkthrough to confirm layout, timing, and logistics. On the big day, your coordinator will manage the timeline, oversee vendors, and handle last-minute details so you can relax.

    If you're booking a weekend wedding package, rehearsal coordination is also included. Need help with setup? We’re happy to assist with placing personal décor—just let us know during your planning meetings.

  • Setup and teardown times vary based on the package you choose. All rentals include a designated access window, and any additional time must be arranged in advance. We’ll walk through the full breakdown with you during your tour and planning meetings so everything feels clear and stress-free.

  • Wedding packages at Fairhaven start at $2,500, with a $1,000 non-refundable retainer required at booking to secure your date.
